At Macramemate, every piece is a unique, handmade creation woven with care just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a focused policy for returns and cancellations.
5-Day Return Policy (Defects Only)
We pride ourselves on the quality of our custom macrame decor and gifts. We thoroughly inspect every item before it leaves our Houston, Texas studio.

Returns Accepted: Returns are only accepted within 5 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

Eligible Issues: The item must be returned only if it is defective or has technical issues directly resulting from an error on our end (e.g., incorrect sizing relative to the order, damaged structural components).

Immediate Notification: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must email us with pictures immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.
Important Note on Custom Orders:
Because all our items are uniquely handmade and often custom-sized or personalized, we cannot accept returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or simply changing your mind. These items cannot be restocked or resold.
Order Cancellation Policy
We begin processing materials for your handmade macrame gift soon after the order is placed.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours after your order is placed. This brief window allows us to halt production before materials are cut and preparation begins.

How to Cancel: To ensure your cancellation request is processed immediately, please email us directly with your order number in the subject line or body of the message. Requests received after the 4-hour window cannot be honored.
